Grant Legacy Leadership Program
A 9-module enrichment course that empowers young leaders ages 16-18 to identify and cultivate their strengths, the Grant Legacy Leadership Program prepares youth leaders for higher education and the workplace while equipping them with the skills to foster equity and lead effectively in their communities and beyond.
Cohorts are advanced students and young people interested in developing personal, leadership and life skills. The modules stimulate conscious self-discovery through the lens of real world circumstance.
The Grant Legacy Leadership Program has been created by executive leadership coach and board member Lynn Blades, BA, PCC, MGSCC and is named for Skip Grant.

Successfully piloted at the prestigious St. Albans School since 2022, the program is expanding with the goal of being implemented in schools, classrooms, and community spaces—serving as a natural complement to the future annual forum.
